We are living in trying times. The history we are living was experienced by our grandparents by way of the stock market crash of the 1920’s, the great depression and World War II. We are witnessing unprecedented times ourselves; a seriously troubled economy, high unemployment, undervalued real estate and corporate meltdowns. As we muddle through this turmoil we may be missing an opportunity to learn from our mistakes and keep them from happening again. In order to ensure we capture all the information we can, we have embarked on an extended research project to collect not the information put forth by analysts, economists and politicians, but the comments, thoughts and insights of hard working Americans.  Tells us what you see and feel about what is happening at work and at home. The impact the changes are having at work, on your colleagues and your management. We want your honest assessment about failing processes, RIF impacts, managements views from your perspective and changes that seem to have no impact. By the same token, we want to hear about the success stories and why they are successful as the rest the economy is struggling. To make it easy, we established a blog because we all like to blog to help us share our thoughts and insights.
